Odium, also known as Goat Hill, was formed in 2003 from members of northern Iowa’s Dementia. Originally my older brother Joe played drums with younger brother Jay on guitar. Joe would move on to other projects leaving us as a 4 piece until 2008 when Josh Brainard was added to the lineup. For some weird reason, a push was made to rebrand as Goat Hill but was short term as I suffered from a stroke in 2010 after the recording of our new album. The group was unable to recoup after a long recovery for myself and ultimately disbanded in 2011.
